- Where do I join the Bonus Program?

Note: Using 1st an 2nd way of registration in Bonus Program gives you instant registration, But if you using the way through technical support you will be registered within 24 hours.
- What is payment information?
Payment information is your Payment instructions (details) to where you want the funds earned in our bonus program to be sent/transferred to.
- Which payment information should I provide?
At the moment we support only Webmoney and PayPal payments. You need to provide us with your Webmoney-Z purse or PayPal email ID.
- If I don’t have Webmoney or PayPal account?
Unfortunately we do not use any other ways of payment. Unlike PayPal which is not easy to get and register, Webmoney is no problem to create an account with: www.webmoney.ru (for Russian speaking users) and www.wmtransfer.com (for English speaking users).
- How do i change my payment information?
You can do it with by means of addressing our support team through “Contacts” area. Please don’t forget to include:
- your login
- your password
- your new payment details
- I registered and received a system alert that I have $5 on my account. What’s the origin of the funds and how do I get it?
While registration in Bonus Program you obtain $5 as welcome bonus, though to withdraw this money you need to reach the amount of $40.
- How to withdraw the earned money?
To withdraw the earned amount of money you need to reach the minimum payable amount first, the amount is $40.
- When do you pay out?
The balance of your account is recorded on 6th of each month. Then the recorded amount is payed out on 6-7th of each month through Webmoney and on from 6-15th each month through PayPal.
- What’s referral and referral link?
You can attract your friends and acquaintances to our Bonus Program.
You can find your Referral link in the Referral area. The process is very simple: you give this Referral link to the person, the person follows the link and registers at Depositfiles.After downloading files the person starts to earn money, the same way as you do, but you will be getting 20% bonus off his earnings. For example, if the person you referred earns $10 per day, you get extra $2 onto your account. This person is called your Referral. Just give your Referral link to friends or people you know from your favorite forum and increase your earnings.
- Why I don’t earn money though I can see that my files were downloaded?
In the Files area you can see the general amount of downloaded files. In Bonus Program area you will see those downloads which you will be paid for.
Only the files meeting the below requirements will be considered as paid:
- files bigger then 1 Mb
- file downloads from Russia and USA
- files which links were placed on web pages (only web pages) To be able to earn money for downloads Bonus Program participants must not place the links in icq or email.
We count only unique IP addresses within 24 hours. That is if one person with one and the same IP address downloaded 10 of your files, your statistics in Bonus Program will show only 1 download from this user.
Note: You don’t get paid for the files if:
- the users who downloaded your file reached the website following the link which was sent via icq or email, or if the user simply copied and pasted the link into the browser window ( to protect from fake users).
- the files were downloaded not by users from Russia and USA.
- Why I see less downloads in Bonus Program area then in “Files” area

- What’s unique download?
It’s downloading of your file from one IP address. Which means that one person can download let’s say 10 files from your account but it will be counted as 1 unique download. To get 10 downloads into your account, your file need to be downloaded by 10 people.
Note: such restriction is created to protect the system from fake multiple downloads by one and the same user).
- Can I get the Gold-Account for free?
Yes you can. To get our Gold-Account for a month you need to reach 5000 unique downloads of your files. If you already have Gold account (you purchased one or got one for free) and during it's validity term you got 10000 downloads, then after this Gold account expires, we will make your account Gold for another 6 month for free!
- Why was my file deleted?
There may be 2 reason why your file was deleted:
- Your file was not accepted by moderator. Probably you uploaded the prohibited materials and the moderator deleted this file.
- Your file was deleted because it did not get any downloads within 14 days (for Guest and Free users), within 30 days –for Gold-Account users and 60 days for Bonus-Program participants.
Note: if your file was downloaded at least once since it’s upload, it will not be deleted with the above stated period.
- Do I need to get 1000 downloads of 1 file or of all of my files to receive $5?
We count the overall amount of downloads. That is it does not matter whether one user downloaded 1000 of your files within 1000 days or 1000 users downloaded 1 of your files within 1 day you still get paid $5.
- How often does the statistics of uploaded files and earned money in Bonus Program get updated?
Every 10 minutes.
