Recurring Transaction Policy:
- This Recurring Transaction Policy is an inalienable supplemental part of DepositFiles Payment Policy located at https://depositfiles.com/payment_policy.html.
- Some subscription plans to the Paid Services consist of an initial period, for which there is a one-time charge, followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you (e.g., weekly or monthly).
- By applying for any recurring payment plans, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment portions and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We may also periodically authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of subscription fees or related charges.
- If the amount to be charged to your Account varies from the amount you preauthorized (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of state sales taxes), you have the right to receive, and DepositFiles shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge at least ten (10) days before the scheduled date of the transaction.
- DepositFiles reserves the right to split recurring transactions into smaller portions and periods on condition of overall set amount and period unchanged (e.g. monthly recurring payment at times may consist of two 50% upfront payments charged at the beginning of each half of the month instead of usual 100% upfront fee).
- In case you wish to terminate any recurring payment plan - It is your sole duty to request DepositFiles of such termination by using interface available at DepositFiles website or by contacting customer support. Absence of your manifested request to terminate any recurring payment plan prior the scheduled date of the transaction shall be deemed as your acquiescence to such transaction.
